Delivery and Packaging
All Wild Gourmet meat is vacuum sealed by our supplier’s butchers into convenient sized packs. The packaged meat can last for up to one month in the fridge or up to 12 months in the freezer. We recommend keeping out what you will use in a week and storing the rest in the freezer for convenient meals.
For delivery your purchase will be packed in a polystyrene carton with ice packs to keep the temperature low and will be delivered personally by one of our staff or by courier.
We will deliver by courier to all Christchurch Metro areas including Belfast, Rolleston and Lyttelton. Deliveries outside these areas can be made by arrangement but may incur additional charges.
Deliveries are generally on Thursdays, but if you have other requirements or need something urgently please contact us, we will happily do our best to accommodate you.
We recommend you provide us with a delivery address where the package can be received in person and then promptly put in the refrigerator (a work address may be perfect). If you are receiving the package at home we ask that you please provide clear details of a secure location at your delivery address in case you are out when our courier calls. For example: “Please leave at the back door in the shade if I’m not home”.
